What is a domain?<\/p>\n

In order to have a site, you must first book a domain.
\nThe domain is the address where you can be found on the Internet.<\/p>\n

It has the form:\u00a0http:\/\/www.nume.indicativ<\/a>\u00a0, where name represents the name chosen by you and the callsign can be of the type: .ro, .com, .net, .eu, etc\u2026<\/p>\n

The domains can be:<\/p>\n

.ro - sites in Romania (it is not mandatory to have content in Romanian)
\n.com - commercial sites
\n.org - sites for organizations etc.\u2026
\n.net
\netc.<\/p>\n

How do I register a domain?<\/p>\n

To register, you must fill in an online form that you can find on the website of specialized companies when you have chosen a name for the domain.<\/p>\n

To order a domain, check if the name is available and follow the steps presented in the forum. Attention: you must enter a valid e-mail address over which you have control because you will receive after your request information on the payment methods of the domain ordered by you.<\/p>\n

How much does a domain cost?<\/p>\n

The price may vary depending on the area code chosen. The same goes for payment. For example, for .ro domains, the payment is made only once and in exchange you have reserved the domain for life, while for example, for .com domains the payment is made annually.<\/p>\n

What is hosting?<\/p>\n
